We appreciate you sharing your experience with both plant shipments. We are happy to hear the first set of plants is thriving. We are concerned to learn about the condition of the second shipment and the soil displacement. We are glad to know that, with your care, they are recovering well. We are always working to improve our packaging to prevent such issues.
