Matt, I am sorry that you had difficulty with your order. In investigating the order, I learned that you entered an order on our website for Will Kit 2304, legal size. You called our Customer Service Department and said that you were sure you ordered a letter size kit. Due to supply side issues letter size kits, Cat. No. 2306, were out of stock, and the listing for it had been removed from the web page where you placed your order. I’m glad to say we now have 2306 back in stock, and it will be added to the web page as soon as we have fulfilled backorders for them. If you wish to exchange the legal size kit for the letter size kit, please return it to us and upon receipt in saleable condition we will ship a letter size kit to you.
