We're so sorry to hear about this experience. We're unable to locate your Boatsetter account from your information here. Would you mind reaching out to us at contact@boatsetter.com? We would love to get a support manager to work on a resolution to this with you as soon as possible. (2026-06-30): Thanks so much for this review, PJ! We're so glad you had a good experience! We hope to get you on the water again soon! (2026-06-22): Thank you for reaching out and providing this feedback. The full pricing breakdown, including fees, is shown on the checkout screen so renters can see what the total cost will be before finalizing the booking and submitting payment. If there is anything we can assist you with in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@boatsetter.com.
