We’re delighted to know you had such a positive experience with Bookemon. Your kind words and support mean a great deal to our team, and we look forward to helping you with many more projects in the future. (2026-07-10): Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear you found the process simple and straightforward. We truly appreciate your support and hope to help you create many more books in the future. (2026-07-03): Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern, and we certainly want authors to benefit from the books they create. Book royalties depend on the book earnings you set during publish process, so authors have the flexibility to determine their own earnings from a copy sold to others. We appreciate your input and are always looking for ways to improve the publishing experience for our authors. Thank you for choosing Bookemon, and we wish you success with your book. (2026-07-02): Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re honored to have helped bring your story to life. Knowing that holding your finished book was such a meaningful experience truly means a lot to us. We appreciate your kind words and wish you all the best with your future publishing projects. (2026-07-02): Your package is still on the way to be delivered: https://tools.usps.com/tracking/92419926997533583007639016 Since it is not mainland, it takes 14-28 business days for USPS shipment. Please be patient with it for a few more days to see the updates. For Hawaii, San Francisco is a common mainland gateway directionally, so Seattle → SF → Hawaii is plausible. It does not mean they sent it to the wrong place. Thanks for letting us know the situation, and please be patient for the most economical way of shipment. (2026-07-02): Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you were happy with the quality of your book and that it arrived on time. (2026-05-06): Thank you so much for your heartfelt review and for your incredible trust in Bookemon across so many projects. We’re truly honored to be part of your publishing journey and to help bring your work to life in book form. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with certain pages not printing as expected. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for. If you’re willing, please reach out to us at support@bookemon.com with a few examples or photos, our team will be happy to review and assist further. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly appreciate both your support and your candid input. (2026-05-06): Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great overall experience and plan to use Bookemon again. We also appreciate your note about preparing files for upload—your feedback is very helpful as we continue to improve the process and make it even more seamless. (2026-05-05): Thank you so much for your kind words!
