I'm sorry the course didn't deliver the depth you were looking for. For a micro-credential focused on teaching English online to groups, that specificity really should come through, and I hear you that it didn't. On the cross-course references: I understand how that can feel like a distraction rather than added value, and I'll make sure that feedback reaches the right people on our content team. I'm sending you an email today so we can talk through your experience in more detail. You're also always welcome to reach out directly at support@bridge.edu.
