(2026-08-06): Hello Sabrina, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that a 25kg checked bag (USD 58.80) was already successfully included with your initial booking. Following a schedule change, you attempted to purchase an additional 20 kg bag (USD 69.80), but it was canceled and refunded because the maximum baggage allowance for the flight had been reached. Our team will call you directly to discuss this matter further and clear up any confusion.
