I bought two Lexus front bumpers and dealt with Brian, who was incredibly helpful and prompt with his replies. The whole process was straight forward and it arrived well ahead of schedule. We did run into a bit of a hiccup with the products received (the wrong type was mistakenly sent so I had to get a couple of holes filled before painting) but Car-Act were quick to get it resolved. Mistakes can happen anytime, but it all comes down to how it's dealt with afterwards, and Car-Act were absolutely perfect in this respect, so 5-stars for customer service.
