Our parcel, which was supposed to be a priority shipment, has been delayed for an astonishing 【3 Months】. Despite the promises of expedited handling and superior service for VIP customers, the reality was far from what was advertised. After such an extended period, our shipment has gone missing, and 【China Division is refusing to take any responsibility】, citing that the delay has exceeded their time of responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did we face an unreasonable delay, but the company’s refusal to address the issue or offer any compensation has left us in a frustrating and difficult position. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. What’s more, I suspect that many of the positive reviews about their service are fake. Based on our experience, it's hard to believe that these reviews reflect the true quality of their service. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using China Division’s services. The cost of their incompetence is high, and you may find yourself having to refund customers due to their poor handling and unresponsiveness. China Division’s VIP service has proven to be a costly and frustrating mistake. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable logistics provider.
