Its a great little laptop, way lighter than i thought it would be, quick, quiet and the screens great. It restarts and shuts down a little slow for some reason but first world problems. The 130v Intel gpu isn't super powerful but not bad either, drop some settings turn on XeSS frame gen and i get anywhere from 30-90fps in games (diablo 4, baldurs gate 3, wardogs, runescape dragonwilds). CHUWI accepted it for warranty repair and gave me their German return address. I paid the shipping myself, and the courier confirmed delivery. The laptop then vanished. For weeks CHUWI told me their warehouse was "searching" for it. I sent the signed proof of delivery. Their final answer was that nobody there signed for it and that I should chase the courier myself. Since I asked in writing for either a replacement or a full refund, there has been complete silence. The result: CHUWI has my money and my laptop, and takes responsibility for neither. That is not just terrible customer service — it looks like an attempt to defraud a customer!
