as always i was skeptical...

as always i was skeptical of the quality-price, but in this case i was GREATLY surprised! the case for my s20 5g fit perfectly & actually may hold up to described (im not going to try dropping it from 40'), but more impressisve were the ear buds i ordered too, the sound is unmatched in any # of other products i have, def recomend these folks products!!!

Huawaui mobile cover.

It was a shaky start, but I am very pleased with the way it was handled. The Staff were very helpful and obliging. The cover is exactly what was shown on the ad, and was well wrapped. I am more than happy with my Huawaui mobile cover. Thank you to Colapa staff.

Terrible

Terrible. They claim it doesn't crack or scratch. Never dropped my phone or anything. The face of the case got a deep scratch within the first week of use. It was just in my purse. Nothing sharp in there

Overcharged me. Zero reply to my emails. Tracking doesn't work. 2 months overdue.

I placed an order and never received…

I placed an order and never received the product. Several emails back and forth as they claim the product was mailed. I asked for a refund and they could not give it to me but told me once I received the product I could return it and get a refund. How do you return something that you never received! Asked for a customer service number to call they said they do not have a phone number. Do not order from this compnay it is a SCAM!!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Cases looked nothing like what was presented!!! And I ordered 2, they should be ashamed!!! Oh and not to mention it took almost 3 months to come in!!!!!

Lesson learned!

If there was a zero stars I would have selected that.3 months later and still no sign of delivery. I am accepting the fact I wasted my money and time buying here but I have learned a valuable lesson that local is the best choice when possible. (Local can mean more than just your city, country in my opinion. Continent is my local.) Understandable that covid has created many challenges for product movement but I think In this case it’s More a situation of buyer beware.

I've recently had dealings with Colamall

I've recently had dealings with Colamall brand same problems as everyone else. Their "warehouse "is an office block in Hong Kong. I managed to track down their address. If you go to Google maps and put in Bright Waytower No33 Mong Kok Road you should see where they are. Their trading name appears to be: Cola Technology International Co.Ltd. Unit 04,/F. I am a customer who is cheesed off getting no replies to my correspondence and just found out that the tracking number given does not work with any of the major carriers. I think that I have been taken for ride. Unless I hear anything different. Don't hold out much hope.

worse site ever

I ordered a Samsung galaxy phone case b4 covid happen. I get the delay. so i email them to upgrade my case no longer have that phone case. So my old case comes 6mos later. I've sent 30 emails back in forth. I swear a child is responding to my emails. they agreed to let me keep the case. they sent me a coupon code for the case I want. this gets funny as well. the coupon code said it was for 19.99 but when putting in the code it took .85 off. What kind of BS is that. oh oh but they took there money as soon as my order was placed and made me wait 6mos. so over this company. the case I want was never really meant to be for me to get. Amazon can keep getting my money. DINT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE / COMPANY THEY SUCK! BAD EXPERIENCE EVER I told the company im telling everyone not to order and im writing a bad review. no response from them

I ordered a Samsung phone case

I ordered a Samsung phone case, from them. It took forever to arrive. I did a contest via PayPal a nd it got extended by PayPal. Guess what, it arrived during the extension. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures and was VERY POOR QUALITY. It wasn't worth the postage back to them, so I ate the money. Don't buy from these guys.

Yeah well I'm sorry I purchased from you. It will never happen again. It doesn't matter if I purchased it in May. I didn't open it til July. Nevermind you seem to be one of those companies that sell non quantity items. I purchased a case over 6 months ago. It still looks and works great. So I'll never buy from you again nor will I refer anyone to you.

Stay well clear of this company.

This company is an absolute sham. They will take your money, you won't get your goods and when you question them about it they after over a week they just say not our responsibility. This is the problem with buying from these companies in China. So. E are OK, this one is most definatley not. Keep your money in your pocket or burn it with these guys. Steer
