In situations like this we are more than happy to help and provide replacement products or even discounts but this customer did nothing but insult us, swear at us and ridicule us from literally the first message. We were still more than happy to help despite all that, but they still refused. They would not read any message we sent in full and literally just responded by insulting us and telling us they would tell everyone how horrible we were no matter what we said. We do apologize again for the inconvenience they faced and STILL would be more than happy to help, but it seems that nothing we could have done would have improved the situation. We are very unhappy with what they experience and wished we could have fixed it, but that is impossible if the customer won't even communicate with us.
