It looks like there is a bit more at play here. It looks like the incorrect products were ordered, and we issued a return, as well as advised that there would be a restocking fee to cover the return shipping. Our management will be in touch to discuss this further. (2026-08-07): Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your wheel and tire package, including the tread pattern, wheel offset, and TPMS concerns. We understand how frustrating it would be to work through multiple issues over an extended period of time. While our team worked to provide replacement components and assistance throughout the process, we regret that we did not leave you with a better overall experience. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our communication and service moving forward. (2026-08-04): We apologize that your experience with us was less than stellar. We'd like the opportunity to take a peek into what went wrong and hope to get a resolution your way asap. If you could, please reach out to us at sales@customoffsets.com with the subject line "ATTN Customer Service Manager", or give us a ring at (920) 764-8782. Thank you. ！！ (2026-08-03): Thank you for your stellar review! We are glad we were able to help. (2026-07-31): Bill, thank you for leaving us such a stellar review! We hope to work with you again! (2026-07-28): Thank you for leaving us a stellar review! (2026-07-27): Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback! (2026-07-27): Thank you for leaving us a stellar review! (2026-07-27): Thank you for choosing us for your build! (2026-07-22): Stephen, our apologies for the fitment issues and delay with your return. This is not the business we strive to provide. Our management team will be in touch to discuss this further. (2026-07-20): We apologize that your experience with us was less than stellar. We'd like the opportunity to take a peek into what went wrong and hope to get a resolution your way asap. If you could, please reach out to us at sales@customoffsets.com with the subject line "ATTN Customer Service Manager", or give us a ring at (920) 764-8782. Thank you. (2026-07-20): Tommy, our apologies that the incorrect inner wheels were shipped. We have issued a partial refund and are currently working on shipping out the correct wheels to you. Our management team will be in touch to get this moving along more quickly. (2026-07-15): Bret, our apologies that the wheels did not work out as expected. It looks like our team has been in constant communication to get this resolved, but was advised not to contact you. We would need to be in contact to do any exchange or return. (2026-07-15): Thank you for leaving us a stellar review! (2026-07-13): Thank you for choosing us for your build! (2026-07-06): Thank you for leaving us a stellar review! (2026-07-02): Thank you for choosing us for your build! (2026-06-17): Chad, we are glad we were able to take care of your concerns and resolve your issue! (2026-06-18): Dewayne, our apologies that you received the incorrect wheel. Unfortunately, we are unable to return the wheel due to extensive damage. We provided a steep discount due to the inconvenience. Our management team will be in touch. (2026-06-16): Hi Dewayne - We apologize you may have received a wheel that didnt match the bolt pattern of the other 3 you received. Ultimately, we do require wheels to be test fit prior to install OR tire install to help rule occasional issues like these out. Typically, once a tire is installed, we are unable to return that wheel. We're happy to take another look at this to make sure we're giving you the best possible experiene with us, so we'll be reaching out ASAP to do so.
