The cancellation option is always available under Account Settings > Subscriptions for any account with an active plan. If you logged in and couldn't find it, it's likely because the subscription is tied to a different email address than the one you used to log in. That would explain why the option wasn't visible, since that account would show as a free account with no active plan to cancel.

This is also why our support team asked to verify the account owner before taking action: we need to confirm the right account before making any changes or processing refunds. Once that was confirmed, our team has processed a full refund of $161.29 USD to your original payment method.
