Communicating on Telegram was fine until I had a problem. I can attach recent messages on telegram that have received zero response. DON’T NOT BUY FROM DMA-CHEATS.COM. THEY ARE A SCAM. Hello, I bought a DMA card and Fuser with a Mini PC from them. At first, until I paid, whenever I wrote in Telegram, they would respond very quickly. I asked several questions about pricing, shipping, and other things, and they answered me immediately. But after I paid 700€, they started replying only once every two or three days. When my package arrived, I ran into an issue, so I sent them a PM saying, "Can you help me? I got this error, I don’t know what to do." After two hours, they replied, "It’s late now, I’ll help you tomorrow." The next day, in the morning, I checked to see if it was working and sent them another PM: "Can you help me?" I waited until the afternoon, but they didn’t reply. Then I wrote again, "I’ll have to spam you until you see my message and reply." After that, they answered and said, "I’m busy right now, I’ll PM you when I’m done." But it’s been two days now, and they still haven’t replied. These are resellers, and they don’t even know how to solve my problem—that’s why they’re not responding. Anyone who buys from them will regret it and lose their money.

Hello. You ordered a full package for COD. After you received your order, we spent several hours assisting you via TeamViewer to set up and configure all the equipment. In the end, everything was working properly. According to your message, a few days later the setup suddenly stopped working. In most cases, such issues are caused by user-side changes or interference. Additionally, your second PC was a very old laptop, which may have been the root of the problem — we always recommend using a second PC no older than 5 years to ensure proper functionality. Regardless, we offered to process a return and provided the return address. All you had to do was pack the items and ship them back. However, after that, you stopped responding.
Worst Experience, Horrible Customer Support
I read the reviews & even showed him his own reviews. Despite all that, I gave him chance & now I'm experiencing the same thing. Total scam, doesn't respond to messages. I have screen shots of all messages that he has ignored. My problem is a simple fix at that but he's not willing to help. I'm glad I only spend $40 versus what other have been scammed out of. I definitely won't be returning, plus I'll be informing other people my experience in several Discord servers!

I purchased a DMA cheat months ago which from day one never worked. The owner/ manager has it to where you can communicate through Telegram, but he either doesn't respond or responses extremely late after sending numerous messages. When he did response, I did everything he asked me to do, and the product still doesn't work. When I reached back out to let him know this, I get no response. My experience with DMA cheat has been the worst experience. I sent him a message stating I was going to call my bank and file a claim to try to get my money back and THEN HE FINALLY RESPONSES WITH and I quote, " I DON'T DEAL WITH STRIPE ANYMORE, SO IT WOULD HAVE NO AFFECT ON ME"! This is the type of customer service he gives! Therefore, I'm robbed out of a $600 product that never worked from day one and I can't even get my money back. I can't even get any assistance. This guy is a thieve and total scam artist. If anyone see this, DON'T TRUST THE OWNER AND DON'T TRUST HIS PRODUCT! THIS WAS TOTAL ROBBERY!
