By our policy, we do not charge until after the Free Trial has expired, if it has not been cancelled. We think what you may have seen is an "Authorization" performed by the banks and CC companies; they "tap" a customer's card to be sure it is not fraudulent. The money goes right back into the customer's account within 24 hours. We never receive any funds at all, until the actual charge 10 days later. That you were able to cancel you account does suggest that you were still in the uncharged trial period, before any membership. However, if you know you were definitely charged the $24 USD, please feel free to contact us about a refund. We can be reached at Support@doozycards.com. We will be happy to help. As they pointed out, there has been no charge. A Free Trial was signed up for which causes the Credit Card companies to perform what is called an authorization. They tap the card and/or bank account for a nominal amount which is then returned into the account once they have determined the account is not fraudulent. Our support staff will cancel your free trial for you so that no charge or membership will be possible at the end of the trial period.
