I ordered my shoes from dress we February 16, 2014. I did not receive my shoes until March 29, 2014. When I did finally get them, the look horrible. They looked nothing like the pictured ones online. They were yellow and white lace, hastily put together, and a size to big. I had waites over a month for these shoes, I did not want them to fix it, i wanted my money back. I emailed them expectinf them to give me a refund and I would ship my shoes back, but no. They told me to send pictures because they didn't believe me. What company does that? I am so beyond mad. I have never had such horrible customer service from any store. I will never order from this company again. I also suggest you not order from them either. What they send you will look nothing like it's supposed too. It will be crap and they'll just tell you o well. I didn't even think they considered one star
We have not been able to contact company for over a week, they took our payment, paid for expedited shipping and no dress yet. Regret making business with website. My daughter needs the prom dress NOW!!

As said before – I tried to cancel the order ca. 1 day after submitting it and have never again heard from you. Please have a look into the case. If possible, I would still like to cancel the order. This short, black yet elegant dress caught my attention and I decided to go ahead and make my order. I was excited that I had got my prom dress but after reading the reviews about dresswe.com, I really got scared and decided to contact them immediately. A very polite person who assured me that my order had been received and my dress was in the factory received my call. I continued to contact them frequently through email that they responded to me immediately. I only received my dress yesterday and what can I say; it is exactly how I wanted it to be. I placed an order on 03.12.14. Have never received an email confirmation nor status update of my order. Site says "03-12-2014 19:54:00 The order has been confirmed, and submitted to our factory to prepare the item for you. " I´m very disappointed and this was definitely my last order there. I received my prom dress last Thursday and i emailed the company to try and get my money back and return the dress but they still have not replied to my email. My prom is in less than two weeks. my order number is 187717
I needed a party dress. Browsing through dresswe.com caught my attention because of its wide selection and it indicated that it should only take1-2 weeks for the delivery. Fortunately, I saw a dress that fits me. I was very eager to see my dress because it looks really beautiful on the picture. A week after I placed my order, I made a follow up by calling DressWe. The representative was very polite and friendly. He informed me that my order was already shipped. Some people say that the phone number isn’t real, but I was able to contact them in just one call. Maybe they have to recheck the number they dial. My overall experience with their customer service was excellent. 5 days after that call, I received the package. The dress looks elegant! I was very happy. I am definitely going to order more from them in the near future.

My order tracker hasn't been updated since the DAY that I ordered the dress. I'm extremely upset over this fact and I want to speak to someone ASAP. I want my dress to arrive sometime soon, like the estimated delivery says it'll arrive. My order number is 127112.
I order my prom dress from this website on February 22 and my prom is on March 29th which is in like a week!!!! And I have yet to receive my prom dress! We email this website more then 3 times and no reply. I looked at were my dress could be at and they just sent it out on March 18th!!!!! I'm very nervousness that it won't get here on time!! I bought a party dress some few weeks ago through dresswe.com and I got it delivered to me last week. Though I had experienced some delays in delivery, I emailed them and they responded very fast, confirmed my order number and I had the dress shipped. I didn’t see the email in my inbox but on checking in the spam folder I found the email confirming the order was already being processed and the shipping process was on progress. I am glad that the team responded in time and did make the shipment. I was amazed after confirming the very purple dress I ordered for was just what they delivered. The dress was very beautiful, arrived on time and was nothing bigger than my size. It’s just what I ordered for. my order number is 128279 I ordered my first dress online and I chose this site because I had read the reviews about how good the quality was compared to how cheap the dresses were. Obviously at first I was nervous and anxious that either my dress wouldn't be as good quality or if it would come in at all. I ordered it March 4th, 2014 after 3 weeks of waiting I had sent a couple messages with pretty quick replies. Finally, On April 2nd 2014 I received my dress It seems like a long time but when I looked at it I understood why it took as long as it did. the quality was amazing and The color was fantastic very vibrant and bright, it also came with a bra on the inside that fits so well, my only complaint was that for the preset sizes the length is too long for me...but I am so excited for my senior prom and I recommend this site to anyone....And for those who haven't ordered before please just be patient because it will be worth it.

Excited making my online purchase, I couldn't wait until it arrived at my house. Surprisingly, it didn't take long to arrive at all; being that it was coming from Asia. About 10 - 12 days which is a decent amount of time. However, I will say, I went online to read to the reviews after my product didn't show up after 7 days and got a little nervous. I was wondering if I made a mistake from ordering from DressWE. I read stories about horrible customer service and how it almost took 3 weeks for someone to get their order. So, I contacted DressWE via e-mail but no response. Anyway, after both of my packages came (separately) I was happy with my purchase. I would have given DressWE 5 stars if they responded to my e-mail but I think it's a system error on their end. I hope this review helps you as I am a happy customer of DressWE now. Just keep in mind, you're ordering from overseas so it may take longer than 7 days for your package to arrive. But whatever you order, I hope you are happy with your purchase as I was with mine.
I placed an order on 2.17.14. Have never received an email confirmation nor status update of my order.Site says sub order created and awaiting delivery as of 3.5.14 but no additional information since then. I've sent several emails and no response. This is very poor customer serivce and I will never utilize this site again. One star because I had to choose one to make this post. I ordered a pair of shoes for my niece and accidentially mixed up the shipping and billing address. I've emailed dresswe immeditately to change it, corrected it on my profile page, and asked them via email repeatedly to confirm that they have the correct information. No response! According to the website the order has not been shipped. I'm very disappointed that no one is getting back to me to let me know what the status is!
