We shipped Mr. Marshall exactly what he ordered: a new Samsung Gen4 NVMe 512GB SSD. He posted a negative review claiming the drive was defective without contacting us first. We reached out to help troubleshoot and provided guidance on common installation issues. He later said a local technician told him the drive was defective and asked for a refund, stating he would remove the review if we did—an attempt at review manipulation. We offered to replace the drive at no cost or accept a return for testing, which is our standard process for suspected defective products. When we received a return, it did not include the Samsung drive we shipped. Instead, it contained a Micron 256GB OEM SSD and a non-returnable data transfer case missing parts. Mr. Marshall then asked that we return the incorrect items at our expense, again linking it to removing the review.
