Ben - We have a live chat on our website that anyone can use 24/7. The name change is grayed out intentionally as we need to review all document name changes match your identification. But it is an easy fix! We promise we will have this corrected before mailing your documents. There is also a submit a new support ticket: https://support.e-ita.org/support/home Which our team responds to within 12 hours. (Usually within 3). Send over your email and we will help get this resolved asap.
