They are nice and serviceable at the beginning and send us attractive quotations for fulfillment, and once we moved stock to their warehouse, they tripled the prices. Furthermore, the same contact person became litigious, forcing us into endless and sterile chats. We finally had to pay to recover our goods. What we got out of ecommerce-express.com is only headaches, loss of time and negative energy. Avoid. > 商家回复 (2026-03-09): Hello Andrea, We are sorry to see that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of this situation. For transparency, we would like to clarify that the shipping quotation initially provided was clearly stated as an estimate, based on the product dimensions and weight information supplied to us. Your products required additional protective packaging due to their fragile nature, which significantly increased the final package volume. As standard in international logistics, shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight, which resulted in a higher final freight cost quoted by the carrier. When you decided not to proceed with the shipment at the carrier’s quoted rate, we offered you the option to collect the goods instead. The only costs charged were the basic operational costs already incurred (receiving, packing, and transport to the freight forwarder), which were clearly itemized in the invoice and paid before the goods were released. We always aim to operate transparently and professionally, and we remain happy to provide documentation of the full timeline of events if needed. Best regards Ecommerce Express Team ### ★★★★★ Amazing to work with! - Talha Zubairi · 2026-03-04 We’ve had a great experience working with Ecommerce Express as our third-party warehouse partner in China. Their communication is always clear, responsive, and proactive, which makes coordinating shipments and projects much easier. Their turnaround time for orders is exceptional, they consistently process and ship quickly, which has been incredibly valuable for keeping our operations running smoothly. The team also pays close attention to details, helping ensure everything is handled correctly from kitting to final shipment. They also do an excellent job with inventory management. Their team keeps inventory organized and accurately tracked, which gives us confidence that our stock levels are always clear and well managed. On the logistics side, they are very efficient and knowledgeable. They help coordinate shipments smoothly and provide helpful guidance when moving goods through different channels. Their experience with international logistics has been extremely valuable for our operations. Pricing is very transparent, and we always know exactly what to expect without surprises. Beyond that, they are genuinely eager to help and grow alongside our business, which makes them feel more like a partner than just a service provider. Overall, we highly recommend Ecommerce Express to any company looking for a reliable and professional fulfillment and logistics partner in China. ### ★★★★★ Very helpful team. - Charis Pickford · 2025-08-31 Very helpful team. ### ★★★★★ To Reece From ecommerce-express - Youssef el.nahhas · 2023-05-26 Greetings everyone, We wanna share with you our experience with ecommerce-express so far.
