Not only you get a fast response from EgPal after your purchase, but they take the time to verify your identity to protect you and them. You see, in the digital age, companies hardly even try to have that one-on-one business-customer relationship. But, EgPal is different. They take the time to contact you via email and often times they will give you a call to speak with you. This is a great company and I truly love their verification process, although some might find it annoying. Overall, EgPal is as legit as you can get.
The only reason why I'm giving this company 2 stars instead of one is because they refunded my order (very slowly and at their convenience).
I placed an order for roughly $50 worth for a game and waited 12 hours and there was no delivery.
First time I bought from this website and had a good experience, thought I might get scammed at first but it seems like it didn't happen.

I saw some negative reviews about this site, but in my experience it is very good. I bought some keys, the price was reasonable, about mid range, and I received my order within minutes. I asked some questions over live chat and they were answered very quickly.
I have been purchasing products from Egpal.com for a little over a year now. I’ve easily spent well over $2,000 USD and have never had an issue with on time delivery. They even helped me cancel a purchase made through Paypal, I made a purchase over the weekend and Paypal tacked on a monthly credit payment charge. This delayed processing the payment until Monday which meant I had to wait 3 days. I contacted them on their live chat and they canceled it and allowed me to make my payment through another payment option called Skrill.
I cannot stress enough how Safe, Quick and Professional the staff at Egpal are. They are the only website I purchase online gaming items and services from, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have purchased through EGPAL for last 2 years. They have 24hr live chat support so your ?'s will always be answered. Great service, lol, blame them for my toon being OP.
