I treated myself to two of their sets for two different performances later this year. As a professional entertainer and seamstress, I can honestly say that these are some of the best sets I have seen in a while! The quality of the fabric is really nice and beautiful! The hardware used on the pierces are not cheap and I don’t feel like these sets will fall apart after one night on the stage. They look even more beautiful in person. These are clearly meant to last AND make you feel really beautiful! Amazingly, the quality of Empress Mimi is equally matched to their customer service. I order these sets after taking their super cute and easy to fill out size quiz on their site which upon finishing the first time, gives you a discount on your first order! Unfortunately in the time I ordered these sets, I experienced a family emergency. By the time I returned home and was ready to try on my new treasures, the panties were clearly too small. Fully mentally drained from my personal life, it was like the tiny thread that finally unraveled in my tired neurodivergent brain. So I simply sent them an email explaining everything and asked for help. Their kindness, understanding and patience has truly been heart warming. They have made communication easy and made sure that all parties are on the same page at all times. These goddesses deserve all of the support they can get! I can’t wait for the correct sizes to arrive. My burlesque performances are going to shine in these sets! I will absolutely be looking into their subscription boxes for the future. However, the sizing guide on this site did not account for anything other than bras and panties. Jezza, the customer service agent that I was corresponding with explained to me that I could definitely exchange for size. However, I would have to pay for the return shipping since that was their policy. She apologize for not having sufficient sizing information for this particular item of clothing. Regardless, I would still have to pay the shipping. Not too happy about that and that’s the only reason they have four stars instead of five. Customer service was excellent. Responded very quickly helped me to resolve my issue. About the product, gorgeous absolutely gorgeous. I was a little hesitant in purchasing until I checked out Trustpilot and I saw that they had a good track record.
