### ★★★★★ Could not be happier with the wall…
- William Gale · 2026-05-21

Could not be happier with the wall lamps.

I ordered two for either side of our bed and they look genuinely excellent. Look premium and I will be ordering again.

I also found them very responsive. I emailed asking about shipping tracking and they got back to me quickly.

Would highly recommend. Thank you.

### ★★★★★ Great customer support
- Anna · 2026-03-29

The delivery was quick, but unfortunately the item was damaged during transit. Customer support was very responsive and helpful, and quickly offered to send a replacement. The lamp looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Fake company do NOT use
- NW · 2026-03-03

Fake company do NOT use. This company takes products and images from legitimate websites and pretends to sell them. This is a SCAM website so do NOT use. All other reviews are fake. Try lightsandlampsdotcom for the real items.

### ★★★★★ Lights purchase

We had an issue which was caused by the third party courier service. Faredecor promptly rectified the issue and sent out a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service.

They were quick to respond and adding length to the pendants we needed to accommodate ceiling height.

### ★★★★★ Lighting into a moder appartment
- Anna MetsikPeshko · 2025-11-18

I recently moved into a new apartment and had very specific requirements for lighting: it needed to be bright for dark autumn days, stylish, and modern. After checking local stores without success, I found Faredecor, which offered exactly what I was looking for. Their wide range of products made it easy to match my existing décor, including a lamp that perfectly complemented my menthol decorations with its wooden accents and elegant design. I also purchased lighting for the kids’ room that combines great illumination with a stylish look, and another lamp for the hall that satisfies my perfectionist approach to décor. Delivery was standard and arrived on time, and their support team was quick to resolve any issues. I highly recommend Faredecor for anyone looking for quality, style, and reliable service.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Lamp arrived in wrong colour
- Consumer · 2025-10-04

Lamp arrived in wrong colour, severely broken and no response form service team to solve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs.

### ★★★★☆ Excellent customer service.
- Gemma · 2025-08-07

The delivery was a bit slow, but the customer service was excellent and reassuring.
Unfortunately the lamp we ordered was damaged (possibly due to the transport) and we had a replacement.
Anya has been outstanding in her reply to my queries.

### ★★★★★ I have ordered a very nice lamp

### ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Faulty Product
- Marlene Rodrigues · 2025-06-17

I had a terrible experience with this company. We received our lighting package without any instructions. Despite this, we managed to hook it up correctly, but it didn’t work.

Customer service asked for photos of the setup and the product, which I provided promptly. However, even after fulfilling all their requests, they refused to issue a refund.

To make matters worse, they continued to send emails repeating the same questions, acting as if the previous messages and evidence hadn’t been sent. It felt like they were deliberately stalling or avoiding responsibility.

This has been frustrating and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products or support.

Also I now know they used a fake link to use to pay through PayPal. Fraud!
