There is no customer service when things go wrong at all. I placed 3 orders and spent CAD $ 1200 . 2 orders are well received but 1 order with 3 items still unfulfilled. The online status is of my account on their website is not accurate. I contacted customer numerous times and response is always from bot . They said they will forward to real person for invesitgation but it always just shop there. I have tried to contact them but it is not getting anywhere. I would give 0 star if I can. Even was surprised about the good quality. But the costs for sending back stuffs that don´t fit, are much to high. I nearly have to pay the same prize or higher for the package i send back, then for the things i bought. Example a jeans for 39,90 € sending back from Germany 22 € for return.
