Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the overall product quality, noting that the clothing items fit nicely, feel exceptionally comfortable, and closely match the promotional pictures shown on the website. Furthermore, consumers genuinely appreciate the remarkably helpful support team, which consistently provides clear answers and resolves customer questions very efficiently.
However, some people mentioned that shipping and delivery times can occasionally become quite long and frustrating, especially during international transit. A few other people also felt that certain delivered items fell significantly short of their personal expectations regarding fabric thickness or print quality.
How easy it was to locate the item I wanted to purchase
Also if you end up reading this review… I placed an order yesterday and it had a different shipping address to the one I actually put into the order so I just wanted to ask if you could send me an email to let me know if you can fix it? The shipping address should be the same as the billing address… if you could fix this and send an email I would be forever grateful

Product looks great and tried to look for the original product and found your TikTok. The website was a little tricky but I'm happy overall.

The items you sell orders don’t have.
And keeping me updated on arrival time and date. Texts up dates work best for me. I appreciate you all. Thanks

We ordered a sweatshirt for my son as a Christmas gift. As soon as it arrived, he wore it all day. It fit perfectly!

I bought 2 T-shirts that came with an extra bracelet and although it took some time to arrive, until now everything looks fine and the shirts arrived nice and tight and the bracelet as well. There was a little problem that the site that was supposedly following my order said that it was still in the middle of the process (4-step process) but it just came today so although it is good, it is very inaccurate.
Fashioze 回复2024-12-31
Thank you for sharing your experience! We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you received the shirts and bracelet. We’re sorry about the tracking information being inaccurate; we’re always working to improve our systems to provide more reliable updates. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
Placed my order Dec 15 and haven’t received it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I don’t even have an email with a receipt or tracking number.
Fashioze 回复2024-12-31

We’ve checked your order, and we are sending a follow-up email with your order details and tracking number right away. Really cool design!
It was super easy and very nicely structured, I found the Product immediately. The document for paying and shipping was really simple to fill out and easy to understand even though English isn't my first language. I've seen your products for a while now but today I was telling a friend about it and decided to just buy it. Best decision ever, I love the design and can't wait to get my order!
Thank you so much and have a nice day!

The quality of the material is good but the messaging is greater. A silent means of witnessing to power of Scripture.

I would have given 5 stars but the communication between fashioze and the customer was very bad. I had to reach out to them several times to be sure I was truly getting my order. The delivery took forever, almost 20 days??!! I so appreciate my order. It was more than I expected. Thank you.
Please just warn the customer about the long delivery time.
Fashioze 回复2024-12-06
Thank you for your honest feedback—we truly appreciate it! We’re sorry that the communication and delivery process fell short of expectations. While our shipping timeframe is 7–20 business days, we understand how frustrating it can be without timely updates.
We’re working hard to improve our communication and transparency regarding shipping times to ensure our customers have a better experience. We’re so glad you loved your order in the end—it means a lot to us. Thank you for sticking with us! 💖
