Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the overall product quality, noting that the clothing items fit nicely, feel exceptionally comfortable, and closely match the promotional pictures shown on the website. Furthermore, consumers genuinely appreciate the remarkably helpful support team, which consistently provides clear answers and resolves customer questions very efficiently. However, some people mentioned that shipping and delivery times can occasionally become quite long and frustrating, especially during international transit. A few other people also felt that certain delivered items fell significantly short of their personal expectations regarding fabric thickness or print quality.

Absolutely garbage i got the package after 3weeks and a half full of excitement and got 2 100% Plastic hoodes that feel like garbage, for 35bucks it said 100% Cotton and i got 100% Turtle scrap really dissapointed sending back asap
I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the hoodies. It sounds really disappointing, especially given the difference in material expectations. If you haven’t already, reach out to the customer service team for assistance with your return and refund. They should be able to help resolve the issue.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE Absolutely awful plastic fabric, took 4 weeks to arrive and just cheap stuff from temu (XL HODDIE WAS SO SMALL IT DIDN'T EVEN GO OVER MY HAND AND SQUEEZED IT ??) selled for much money. Also really bad customer service who wouldn't refund shipping costs and wanted me to return them on my own costs instead of giving me an qr code ( shipping costs back 20€!!) I ordered from usa and should send it to China - makes sense. told me a lot of times I shouldn't return and they would give me a refund of 10$ while I spent over 60$! I'm really dissapointed, wanted to do something good and help a christian brand grow but all they do is sell garbage made from kids in china.
I’m sorry you had a bad experience with your order. It sounds frustrating, especially with the fabric quality, sizing, and customer service issues you mentioned. If you’re still in need of support or further clarification, feel free to reach out directly to customer service again for assistance with your refund or return.

I loved finding out that there were Bible verses on the JoJo father forgive then sweatshirt personally. It means a lot in this day and age. I don't know ifbit was a style choice for you guys or if it means something to you but thanks nontheless.
It’s amazing that the Bible verses on the JoJo-themed sweatshirt resonated with you so personally. Whether it was a stylistic choice or a deeper connection to faith, it’s powerful that it had meaning in today’s context. That blend of faith and culture can speak to people in unexpected ways, and I’m glad it made an impact on you. Thanks for sharing that appreciation!
It’s take a little while to ship but it’s a very beautiful Christian tshirt god bless you guys
Thank you for the kind words! Shipping can sometimes take a little longer, but I’m really happy to hear that you love the Christian t-shirt. God bless you too, and thanks for your support!
the fabric is really weird--feels and looks odd-not cotton or soft like a normal sweater. reminds me of cheer uniform material.
Thank you for your feedback! I’m sorry to hear the fabric didn’t meet your expectations. The material might differ from typical cotton sweaters, giving it a unique feel, but your input helps us improve. Please let us know if you’d like assistance with returns or exchanges.
Thank you! I’m glad you like the clothes. Feel free to check out more items on the site if you’re looking for something new to add to your wardrobe.
