Initially, the process went fine. The waiting for the order became lengthy. Then we received the first sweatshirt & the spelling of the verse was incorrect. I ordered a second sweatshirt and a cross pendant. The pendant wasn't in the package. Fashioze said it was. I ordered a second pendant & pray my grandson gets it. No compensation or credit was even offered.

Horrible brand , before placing my $163.00 order I had reached out to the brand asking them if the products were high quality and they told me yes . I paid express and worry free shipping as well. It took almost a whole month to receive my order, upon receiving my order the packaging had holes all over it , and products were damaged and very very low quality materials. Print was already peeling off fabric and everything. I had contacted them about a refund , and they made me go through 2 different sites , still haven’t received any info on my refund , and when I proceeded to contact the brand asking, they wanted to give me a 10% refund and MAKE ME PAY to return the low quality damaged products, let’s not even talk about the price of the returning process . Overall, I was lied to and my money was practically stolen from me with this horrible quality products, the dollar store has better products than this

Unfortunately, I have to admit that the quality of the t-shirts i have ordered isn't very good. I think the Instagram pictures give a misleading impression. Another point of criticism isn't about the product itself, but about the returns policy. Unfortunately, the shop doesn't offer free returns, and since you'd have to send it back to China, they explicitly advise against returning it. Instead, you get a partial refund and can keep the item, which I find very accommodating, but it's not a good long-term solution. Since the support team was very helpful, I'm a little sorry to be so critical, but it's important to address these points so that others can be confident in their purchase.
