### ★☆☆☆☆ Foksy unable to provide support
- JohnD · 2026-05-11

Foksy requires a minimum order of 50 units for custom orders—a requirement that was difficult for me to accept as someone just starting a business, especially since they offered no support whatsoever. However, I eventually found a relatively excellent alternative. Some of their latest designs haven't been listed online yet, so I recommend trying to reach out to them via their "info" email address; they are very patient in answering questions. I was also able to successfully customize the logo exactly as I wanted—though I only decided to place the order after our second round of collaboration. The company is timesie.com.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrendous company to deal with.

Horrendous company to deal with.

They are resistant to all customer feedback and unwilling to provide the necessary support when required.

Avoid unless you are prepared to deal with many problems.
