We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to go through multiple verification steps and still have your order canceled. Our payment and security procedures are in place to help protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions. However, we understand that the verification process can feel inconvenient, especially for returning customers. We appreciate the time you took to share such detailed feedback, and we are sorry that we were unable to provide the experience you expected from FragranceX.com. 💫 We value your previous business and regret that this experience has affected your confidence in us. (2026-08-07): Hi Yanick! Thank you for your kind review! 📦 We are happy to hear you appreciate our reasonable prices, timely delivery, and accurate orders. Thank you for choosing FragranceX.com! We appreciate your support! (2026-08-06): Hi Julia! Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our competitive prices, shipping rates, and fast delivery. ⭐ We truly appreciate your support and are so glad you had a great experience with FragranceX.com! (2026-08-07): Hi Ritchard! We are very sorry to hear that your bottle arrived damaged and that you had difficulty reaching our team. We do not have a record of a call from you, and we would appreciate the opportunity to assist you with this issue. Please reach out to support@fragranceX.com or phone so our customer service team can review your order and help with the damaged item. 📦 We sincerely apologize for the frustration and hope we can make this right for you!
