Regarding the "false information" part we don't understand this, we never promised you a refund. 
We informed you that the title was announced after the order, which you may have misunderstood. 
It was only announced to us after the order had been placed. 
 
Regardless, we would not have been able to assist you with this as publishers adding new packages for products can happen from time to time.

Thanks for leaving a review, let's put some stuff in context which you missed out of the review.
 
Your first order on the site had trouble getting a mail from us, which we explained to you and had approved it manually within minutes. You then opened a dispute, it was not the other way around. However you refused to close the dispute despite us asking multiple times.
 
The second order you threatened us with a dispute yet again on a brand new account, we told you that it would be refunded as you threatened us with disputes. The 5 day thing was made up by you, which you were told would be a few days (this is due to it being the middle of the night for our accounting team) and it was only an estimate. The refund was done hours later and would have been that way with or without the dispute.
 
You then attempted to calm things by agreeing to pay with a card, which we were ok with but then you became hostile towards support staff and opened a PayPal dispute anyway.
 
We tried to help you and explained things - but no matter the end result you seemed determined to fight us. We're an official retailer working directly with publishers and selling thousands of keys a day, the issue is not with us.
