We’re glad to hear you were pleased with the rate and booking experience. We appreciate your note about response times, and we will work to improve in that area to ensure timely communication, especially for urgent matters. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to serving you again. (2024-10-17): Dear Peter, thank you for your continued trust and loyalty since 2012!
