I received a phone call. The connection was horrible for some reason. Instead of asking to call me back or make an appointment with me, the young lady just kept speaking. I asked her to please call me back, but she kept talking over me. This person was not interested in listening to me. As a former manager of call center, I was appalled, but the email follow up was just as unprofessional. I was told I was being "scoped." No, the word choice was weird. I received a long list of what I needed to provide. There was no mention of how my personal data was to be treated, protected, or how to safeguard my privacy. It was just a demand for my information. My response was to request someone else. There was no reply except an apology for the behavior on the phone, and this email was conveniently deleted. This was ridiculous. I know that every interaction is different, but why is this allowed? The quality in these interactions was bad to put it mildly.
