After I sent the item to their warehouse, she suddenly claimed DDP wasn't available and said I would need to pay $70–$75 for express shipping because the product had a “logo” — something I disclosed from the beginning. This was a counterfeit diecast model, not an original brand, so the excuse made no sense. She never mentioned this charge beforehand. She also ignored WhatsApp calls, gave delayed responses, and changed the terms only after she had full control of the item. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. I have screenshots of all messages, and I’ve reported this to Alibaba. Do not trust this company. Please note not like other provider they will send the invoice after pick up so they can add what ever costs they want. Your goods is captured until you pay. I had hard time to get back my merchandise. I did not trust them to send it to the US due to their attitude. Sarah is very nice at the beginning but after that attitude changed no negotiation possible.
