He's the manager of the Levitt Smart Hostel in Sofia, Bulgaria.  Ironically, the real reason he's upset with us is because we *refused* to remove a review of his hostel. 

Unlike other hostel websites, we don't remove reviews by request of hostel owners because we believe that would violate the trust that our users have in Hostelz.com for providing genuine hostel reviews and ratings. We do allow hostel owners to respond to their reviews (just as Trustpilot does), but sometimes hostel owners still end upset that they can't just have reviews removed by request as with some websites.
