I finally filed a claim with PayPal and ibeautyneed gave me the wrong address to ship it back to. So now I'm out $100 and have no way of returning this junk. This company looks legit but it is not. I ordered the 9+9 Laser Picosecond Pen on July 2, 2022 with payment through PayPal to my credit card. I printed out the receipt and it stated that the product would arrive between 10 and 20 days from Hong Kong. I waited patiently as I tracked it through the Global tracking app they sent me. I began emailing them on July 27 and 29,2022 asking where is my order. They respond with auto email saying it’s arriving late. On July 30,2022 I called my credit card company and filled them in on this matter. I waited patiently before taking action. I finally received it on August 5, 2022 and to my great disappointment the device did not work. It only turned on and was not functioning properly with the settings or the blue light or red light appeared to not come on. Frustrated and greatly disappointed for the time I waited It took 36 days to arrive from when I ordered it. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a dispute. At that very moment I emailed the company, and again to my great disappointment the company has not responded to me at all. I have text them everyday, so six more times. I decided to look them up and write a review on there fraud business practice.
