I can assure you, we do not ship products out in this manner and that it likely occurred during transportation. That is not an excuse though, we're always looking to improve our packaging and your feedback helps guide that. I note you ordered 3 pieces and two of them had an issue, hopefully the 3rd was in perfect condition? Thanks for shopping with us, and we appreciate your feedback! (2026-08-04): Thank you so much for your kind words! We truly appreciate your support! (2026-08-02): Thank you for your feedback. We are currently looking into offering alternative hanging system options including wire systems, saw tooth, and picture hangers. We recognize not everyone enjoys our dry-wall screw and anchor solution, and appreciate you sharing your preference for options and other methods. (2026-08-02): Thank you for your wonderful review!
