CD DVD will have CD/DVD Cover Print and Round CD/DVD Print.Promotion & Events will have fridge magnet, button badges, Easel Stand and Carton Boxes. Lastly For Business Essentials, the product will consists of training manual printing, proposal printing, color document print, black & white document print and membership card.

We checked the quantity per stack with your staff when placing the order, your staff told us it's 50 pcs per stack, so we didn't request separate packing. But when the brochures came to our warehouse, they were 150 pcs per stack! We needed to pay extra for the warehouse to unpack and repack for us before we distributed them to our retailers. So we checked back with your staff, your staff just said "after checking is 100/bundle" without an apology... And we asked for a solution again, your staff only said "Sorry about this, will take note for next order" — that's it. Didn't want to provide a solution for your mistake. It's quite disappointing.

I had quite a disappointing experience with this printing service. There were multiple miscommunications throughout the process, and unfortunately, my file was printed in the wrong size, which led to unnecessary costs on my side. I made sure to give clear instructions, but it seemed there was a language barrier, despite communicating in Malay, I still had to correct several misunderstandings in English. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did make the effort to post the printed file to my home, which I appreciate. However, overall, I expected better attention to detail and clearer communication from a professional printing service.
