Bill, Thank you so much for taking the time to send this wonderful review. We truly do appreciate your continued trust and confidence in Independent carpet One and our staff. It is always such a pleasure to work with you. You definitely struck gold when having the opportunity to work with Jeane. She is a true asset to our company and our customers. We are all thankful for the opportunity and we look forward to working with you in the future. Catherine Buchanan-Owner
Paul & Heather, I am just as disappointed as you are. This is not representative of how our installations go and this is evident from the other reviews posted to this site. Non the less, you have experienced poor quality service and have every right to be upset, disappointed and frustrated. Please allow me to speak with your sales associate further on this installation and I will reach out to you within a few days and we will discuss what we as a company can do for your inconvenience My sincere apologies. Catherine Buchanan - Owner
