Wow...this really surprises us, please call us ASAP. We rarely get any unhappy comments on our products or our service, of which both are very important to us. Please give us/me a call at either number, the first is my personal cell 916-201-0454 or our shop at 530-644-0456. If anyone EVER has any problem with your order or are not completely satisfied, simply call us, with your batch number, we will replace the unused portion, either immediately or upon receipt of the product you are not happy with. We want ALL of our customers to be pleased with their purchase ALWAYS.
