iPCB team provides excellent technical support, from DFM review to raw material selection. They are professional and always ensure our PCBs are manufactured with great performance and quality.  Very reliable partner!

We initially ordered 10 prototype PCBs from IPCB, which worked well and gave us confidence in their service. Based on this, we placed a larger order of 300 boards. Unfortunately, none of the 300 boards worked.

We returned the full batch for repair. IPCB later sent us back two repaired boards, which functioned perfectly. They promised to repair and return all 300 boards.

After a very long delay, we finally received the shipment – but again, all 300 boards were defective. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored by IPCB across all communication channels. No support, no resolution.

We lost over $30,000 due to this and are now taking legal action.

This has been a disastrous experience, and we strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with IPCB.
