They put their watermark RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR VIDEO. I have a work presentation due and my computer unexpectedly crashed. Was hoping this could be a save all but right in the middle of the presentation is the "Iskysoft" logo. Absolute waste of time and won't uninstall from my computer. And Iskysoft-don't bother responding to my review. I see you've done with may others but there is nothing I want from you. You are a s*** company.
terrible! absolute crap. sneakily designed and terribly bloated. Do not waste your time and energy, it's not worth it.

I have been an iSkysoft user for many years. The iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe 5.7.2 is one of my most used Apps. It is brilliant. Take your time to explore it's features and you will agree with me. Some of the features however need "digging out" as they are not obvious. I have never had a "dud" program from iSkysoft and consider them a trusted company.
Hello Roger, thanks for your comment and we highly value your feedback, if you have any suggestions or problems with our program, contact us via: http://support.iskysoft.com/
iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe is a good app. Compared to other programs in the market, this tool provides many amazing features to create an amazing video. You can also download and convert any streaming video from YouTube. In one word, it is a 'Cool' app for any kind of video conversions.

Came up in a search result for a Linux video converter. The available options are to download either a Windows or a Mac program for a Linux converter. Just in case you don't know, it won't work. The website appears to be a boilerplate design that generates results based on whatever you are searching for. I tried searching for "iskysoft free money" and there is a page for that! I tried "iskysoft naked" and, guess what? There is a search result page for that, too! Please blacklist this site!

Advertises free DVD burning. True but defaced with watermarks. I paid to get the usable version: didn't work. I attempted to contact the company. The phone number was not valid. The URL address was not valid. I'm screwed. Can't think anything other than you will be too. Look elsewhere. Anywhere.

I had my reservations, had been using DAK when I changed over to a Mac. the former isn't for MAC. After I got the bugs out,(my ignorance) it works flawlessly. Music is my passion, my library continues to grow, a wonderful ease of transition from Iskysoft to Items. Editing is a breeze.

As soon as the web page "www iskysoft com" is on screen, multiple downloads are "pushed" / "forced"... I never requested any download ! I didn't even have the time to start reading the web page !!! Are they trying to download virus/malware/trojan... ???? I DO NOT TRUST THIS WEB SITE !!! I will report it everywhere I can in order to warn as many people as possible.

I purchased the iskysoft video converter today and tried for hours to convert VOB files into usable format for Apple hardware, which they claim is great etc. It didn't work at all and the help was of no use. Luckily I bought via Apples App Store, so will be getting my money back.
Dear John, thanks for your comments. May I ask if you've downloaded the Video Converter or the Video Converter Deluxe? Cause the Video Converter cannot load VOB file. You can upgrade it to Deluxe version to have a try. Download Deluxe version for Mac: http://download.iskysoft.com/imedia-converter-deluxe-intel_full746.dmg . Have been using the editor for some time. It is very reliable and easy to use editor thus far. Highly recommended.

The free version is not free at all. A huge waste of time because it has zero utility. Acts as malware. When I tried to uninstall it, it didn't delete any of the files and left background processes running. DO NOT GET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER CONVERTERS OUT THERE AND THEY ARE FREE!
Dear Jonathan, May I ask which program you're trying to uninstall? We hear you and will improve your experience. For any customer support contact us via: http://support.iskysoft.com/contact-support/contact-support-team1.html
ISkysoft video Converter can't open, it's damaged?? Try to download The software again from Apple Store, but must først delete The damaged program. When I try again, it cost $ 50. !!!!!!!

I just bought the DVD creator (CPC) + Insurance Service. What a friggin joke! Customer service especially Ibraham Hawari who actually is with Corel is about as dumb as they come. Here is what I have to say and I am going all over the Internet warning people. Maybe they will go out of business and I am reporting them to the BBB.: The support rep did not understand my questions well. My case was not answered in a timely fashion. My questions were not fully answered. The support rep’s communication skills were pathetic. The provided solution was ungodly terrible. Product descriptions on the website misled me. That is for sure. Please people I am a Network Administrator and I have tried to make this application work in Windows 10 and all it does is hangs on the desktop when I try to open it after registering it. You can't even see it in Task Manager to close it down. You have to go to Services if anyone needs to know. I am now on my way to find other places to warn people of this organization and product. BE WARE!
Everything about their product is misleading and deceitful - avoid this shonky outfit
I decided to try iSkysoft Video Editor. I was hesitant, wondering whether to trust the company, but reviews seemed all positive, so I went ahead and tried the trial version of the software. Only later did I realize that iSkysoft is just one of the names associated with the Wondershare brand (why so many names? I suspect their older brands have gotten a bad name, so they need new names), and the software they install behaves like malware, not actually uninstalling everything when the software is un-installed, and leaving hidden background processes running all the time on the system, which can't be easily removed. Then it turns out that the positive review site (stupid me) was the same iSkysoft web site, and of course they only post positive reviews. As a result, I don't trust them.
Keeps giving a conversion failed at end of copying. Can't do anything with it. They took my $20.
Purchased software and additional bundle software offered at reduded price. Worked in trial mode then would not work when license installed. Slow response from support, weeks being asked to be patient we are fixing problem. Requested refund including additional software bundle I stupidly purchased that was offered with main software. As far as I can see they con you to buy additional then when one fails you are stuck with it all. Don't believe refund BS, do not fall for the scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
