Shipping was easy and clean - I got timely updates at every stage of the international trek. You think of everything; there’s teabags if I need them, clips to keep my tea tightly sealed and packed and the samples you included felt like the took the content of my order into consideration. Please note that all our order processing and shipping times are calculated based on Beijing Time. Your order was placed over the weekend while our warehouse was resting, and it was shipped out on the next working day, Monday, June 29. During transit, customs inspection also added about 8 days to the timeline. The latest tracking shows your package has been successfully delivered. We are truly sorry that the outer shipping box arrived torn and crushed. Every order leaves us in brand-new condition, but the long international journey can sometimes be very rough on the external packaging. We are so relieved to hear that our interior protection did its job and your tea remained perfectly intact. We highly value your feedback and will use it to further improve and ensure our packaging is as secure as possible for future shipments. Thank you for your wonderful understanding, and we hope you thoroughly enjoy your tea! ### ★★★★★ Quick delivery and great communication. - Bartosz Gałczyński · 2026-06-13 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ The items are amazing - customer · 2026-06-07 · 已验证 The items are amazing, good quality.
