I have been trying to contact them for several days to resolve an issue with a smartwatch that is still linked to my old account, but I have not received any response through any of their support channels. I have sent multiple messages and have not received a single reply. A customer support service should at least acknowledge customer inquiries or provide an estimated response time. The complete lack of communication makes it impossible to solve problems and is very frustrating.
