Jones School Supply Co., Inc.

Dear Ms. Evans, I am really sorry you are disappointed with your order but I must say I can’t blame you. The customer does select the foil color and our representatives are usually very good at guiding customers to make a different selection, if they feel the end product is not going to look right. We seemed to have missed the fact that your previous orders had black foil and just changed the cover color on the order without even addressing the foil color with you. I do not imagine that the black foil even shows up on the black folders. We will certainly replace those diploma covers for you. A representative will contact you on Monday to see what color foil you would like on your replacement covers. Best Regards, Yvonne Henry

Ms. Ramnarine, thank you for being a valued customer since 2005, and providing feedback concerning our shipping cost. Unfortunately, shipping costs are a true cost to our business and must be accounted for in some manner. We do not roll the shipping cost into the price we charge for the product we sell to you which is what we would need to do if we offered free shipping. Please know that we do not make a profit from charging you shipping charges. We basically cover the cost. Ms. Ramnarine, we will continue to look for opportunities to assist our teachers in recognizing their students in a cost effective manner. Yvonne Henry
