I ordered a package from New nine crystals who used JS express. They created a label with UPS. I know I have documents to prove it and I also have the app. Then on a third-party tracking it told me that Royal Mail had my parcel. This is a popular scam where they create two labels for one parcel and then use the second unused label to scam someone and say an order has been delivered when it hasn’t because they take the money and have no intention offending the goods. JS express need to be held accountable for fraud and should be investigated. ### ★☆☆☆☆ STAY AWAY - Peter McMurray · 2026-07-29 STAY AWAY they would not deliver my package and there is no way to contact the company. no service and no contact. STAY AWAY ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bogus "tracking" oversees to USA - Mike REEVES · 2026-07-26 Bogus "tracking" oversees to USA. Posted as delivered from Chicago to Dallas TX in same day and delivered 2 hours away to my doorstep? Nope. Literally impossible if you know the geography of IL to TX Lol. USPS has no record of the handover or delivery of JSEXI0939633683YQ because it's bogus tracking for scam purchases to steal Americans hard earned money to purchase a flaf for the 250th celebration 5/31/26 overcharged and did not exist. The game of posting tracking numbers just extends the bogus scam thru JS EXPRESS. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Worst of the worst - Broski Hooty · 2026-05-05 lways late not once have they been on time sometimes I get my package 2 months later ### ★☆☆☆☆ NOT DELIVERED - Jude Michaels · 2026-03-12 I purchased a product through PayPal and I contacted the company who I purchased it from. They said it was delivered at my house at the front door. No purchase was delivered, no evidence of my purchase (no photo) So where is it JS Express? ### ★☆☆☆☆ this place is a fraud and 'delivers'… - Rena HILLIARD · 2026-01-08 this place is a fraud and 'delivers' for other fraud sellers. i never recieved item...with two different purchases. "tracking info" also all over the place. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Awful company - Ash · 2025-08-27 By far the worst shipping company in China. They take forever to make my packages move from point a to point b. Not to mention their website doesn't even show tracking. You have to use a seperate 3rd party website like 17track. Awful company ### ★☆☆☆☆ 43 days for a package that is still on… - giammarco micheli Micce · 2025-01-17 43 days for a package that is still on the way, 20 days on flight, and no one answer to email, one of the worst experience in my life.
