Hi Mikal, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Upon reviewing your orders, we can confirm that both orders were placed on July 28th. One order was dispatched on July 30th and successfully delivered on Aug 1st. The other order is still being processed, which is within KICKS CREW's stated processing time of up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the package is handed over to the courier, additional transit time is required for delivery. Our team has sent you a follow-up email with the next steps to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Please kindly check your inbox (and spam folder) so we can get this sorted out for you right away. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
