I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about this company they've gone above and beyond with support answering questions helping me along the way. I've looked at other friend's LED lights they're not as good quality and don't produce the results.

Save your money!!

Save your money!!! I have had $50 dollar Amazon lights last longer than this thing. I had 4 diodes go out around 6 months of usage. They have offered to repair their use of inferior products if I pay to send it to them. Why would I pay to fix your mistake. They conveniently don't pay for shipping after 3 months. Jeff the manager says that is industry standard. I say do better Jeff! Don't even think about asking customer service more than one question in an email. They conveniently skip over the ones they don't want to answer then try to pretty up their answers and act like they give 2 spits. It's a cheap light with heat sink fans. They have record profits and use inferior components. Keep shopping, do your homework. **Replying to reply, Don't lie. You did not even try to make me feel good about having spent 3k with your company in the last year. You did NOT try to make it right. You are insulting your customers and embarrassing yourself with your BS! Do better Jeff

My KIND experience

My first grow light was a Kind K3 XL450. I was very pleased with the health and vigorous growth that I was able to obtain with this light. I recently bought and am now growing with a Kind X330. I must say that the results are phenomenal, I've never had plants grow as fast and as healthy. I purchased both lights from Grow Strong Industries, and the folks at Grow Strong provide excellent customer service.

I made an order only to be told I owe them 200 more for a different product from what I ordered. Safe to say I went with a 500 dollar amazon light. Samsung diodes works perfect

You sent me four flowering D8 bars ! When I ordered two vegetation light bars and two flowering light bars?

Order fulfillment was excellent

Order fulfillment was excellent, everything shipped and received in no time at all. Well boxed. Setup a bit confusing. I would have preferred adjustable hangers. Also I was expecting a switch to bloom, but I see no on/off or bloom switch. However plants seem to be doing very well. I'm satisfied overall.

Best investment yet

I have purchased the new X-420 & 2 X80’s & I’m telling you is the best investment I’ve made for my indoor garden to date!!! My Cannabis plants have never looked so good plus my yield has at least doubled!!! I’m loving my new lights I’m really looking forward to getting the X2 maybe 2 I would love to run 2 X2’s in my garden!!!
