Overall great experience

Overall great experience, good service, good shipping and great products. One of the best sporting goods stores in Malaysia. Only problem is they seem to be out of stock for most things sadly.

Varieties of products. Bought 1 item on sale but received call from sales team that item bought is not in stock. Received refund. System to be updated properly to avoid this kind of problem.

My order didn't reach me for 1 week plus, need to call twice to kuckrejas office. the first one they promise to call back but didn't return but subsequently way better response. Good thing is the staff really call me back to ensure I got the ordered parcel. Its nationwide problem I guess and during the big sale time also. anyhow the product was satisfying!

Best place to buy your sports equipment!

Ordered online to a Malaysian address from Canada and it delivered faster than I expected. Shipping is reasonable. Kuckreja & Co responses quickly to the inquiries as well. I recommend Kuckreja & Co to purchase sports goods.
