Dear Luis, We are sorry you feel this If you go to the website, you can see what time the translation was claimed. We never forget about our customer's documents, and you know that better because you have been our customer for some years now.. You have placed 5 orders with us. The translation was delivered to you in 24 hours. The translation took longer than expected because it turned out to be a long document (around 950 words) but we did not call you back and asked for more money since you were our previous customer. You can check the document yourself and count the words. After all, the translation was delivered to you in 24 hours. We never baffle anyone.. Our reviews and great feedback by our customers in the past 5 years are proof of the services we provide. Again, we apologize you feel that way!
