不要使用这家公司的买家，要小心一年前购买了血脂测试，他们弄乱了我的结果，然后发送了一份新的测试，并告诉我它的过期日期是 9/26，现在在 6.26，他们告诉我该套件是 9/29，但实验室过期了 9/25，所以新的测试套件不好。  我从未进行过血脂测试，他们拒绝延长或发送新套件，因此我已向 BBB 提出投诉，并将继续使用因缺乏客户服务而留下负面评论。

之前曾两次使用这家公司，周转时间很长。今年三月份下令测试回来。于 2026 年 5 月 20 日激活测试，并在激活后发送血液检查。发送后 7 天致电，他们声称从未激活，而那是在 2026 年 5 月 20 日。现在已经是 2026 年 5 月 30 日，但仍未为预约医生进行血液检查。 2026 年 6 月 1 日。多次打电话说明情况，没有结果。

周五下单测试，周三才发货，等了5天才到。实验室周四收到的返回测试没有输入系统，直到我在下周二联系支持人员。他们只是袖手旁观，说我没有激活我寄回那天进行的测试。我发送照片证明我已激活测试。永远不会推荐给任何人！
