Writing = 1 star. I paid close to $700 and gave them 14 days to deliver on an essay. Firstly, the writer changed twice and the delivery got delayed almost a week. Luckly, I was able to take that setback. Secondly, and most importantly, the essay was completely wrong and was not on topic despite me providing an essay brief document and important sources of information. Moreover, the essay was extremely poorly written. Someone literally did last minute research, paraphrased the crap out of sources, repeated the same point again and again to fill words and submitted it. Even if the topic was correct, it was NOT A PASSABLE essay. The customer service was half decent though so they redeemed themselves there. They were helpful, got their QA team involved and what not and in the end, I got an acceptable fraction of the $700 refunded. It took a bit of talking with multiple people but it didn't seem like they were trying to dodge me - they were responsive, stuck to their words and in the end, came through and did what they could do. For a service that is half dodgy and probably based off some overseas country with no consequences or standards, the customer service could have been a lot worse than this and I am very grateful that it wasn't. I would recommend going to Liahelp, just go with some time at hand, be ready to do a bit of back and forth with the writer, and understand that there will be risk attached to using these services. ### ★☆☆☆☆ SCAMMERS! - Jess · 2022-10-09 SCAMMERS!! writer didn’t follow the very simple instructions and didn’t listen when I said what needed to be changed so after three failed attempts and an unusable essay I had to write it myself last minute. I payed $177 for absolutely nothing and they’re only offering $45 back and trying to convince me to take credits for future purchases. I will never use this joke of a company again! Don’t waste your money on these lowlifes! I stumbled across LiaHelp and was glad I did. My writer was amazing, they had a very strict deadline which was met in a timely manner and used the supporting documents I gave to write a very convincing essay to a high standard. They even took on my feedback to structure the essay around my specific degree. I would recommend getting on to them early to alleviate the price but overall was very satisfied with the result and was a massive weight taken off my shoulders. Thanks again LiaHelp. ### ★☆☆☆☆ **SCAM SCAM SCAM** - Rob · 2021-09-14 **SCAM SCAM SCAM** I am writing this review so other people can stay away from this fraudulent business. I contacted this website to write a 1500 case study report within a strict deadline. I was charged a very expensive fee of $252 AUD. The customer service was shocking, they took a very long time to respond to me for the first 10 hours, and then the assigned writer started demanding that i send them links and content for the report. Fast forward to 4 hours before the deadline and the writer sent me a message asking for a deadline extension. I told them this was not possible as i had a very strict deadline, hence why i payed top dollar for such a service. When the deadline finally arrived, i checked my order page and found that the report which was uploaded as "complete" was only 532/1500 words. Not only this, but the writer spoke about the wrong site in the whole report. Ironic, considering this was a case study report. I was now left with an unusable document, and when i requested a refund, the customer support tried to manipulate me into accepting credit bonuses for future purchases. I refused multiple times, and kindly told them that I'd simply like a full refund considering they charged me for basically nothing. They then offered me a 70% refund, but i objected this and requested a full refund. To this date, i have not received any refund whatsoever. This is a very brief summary of the events that unfolded from my purchase. I have a lot more to say about the fraudulent nature of this business, however i will conclude with this. Please do your research before spending money on scam sites such as this one.
